TITANS Advent Quiz Terms

1. Organizer of the Contest

1.1. The organizer of the Contest is TITANS s.r.o., formerly known as BRIDGEWATER s.r.o., with its registered seat at 745/24 Jungmannova, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Business ID number 06540970, VAT number CZ06540970, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 283964 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Terms of Participation

2.1 To obtain the opportunity to participate in the contest, it is necessary to:

– Answer at least one quiz question correctly — first three weeks on Friday in December (except the 2nd round happening on Monday 11 December), a new quiz question will be published and distributed to invited attendees via email, which the participants will always get to on Friday before the coming Advent weekend. Each question has only one correct answer. In total, three quiz questions will be published:

• Question 1 — published on 1 December 2023
• Question 2 — published on 11 December 2023
• Question 3 — published on 15 December 2023

– Fill in the email address to which they received the invitation to the quiz and which will also be used for the purpose of informing about the win if it occurs.

– Click on the “Submit” box at the end of the form

• By submitting the completed quiz form, respondents confirm their participation in the Contest – all those who successfully complete the questionnaire will be included in the draw.

• This Contest is intended exclusively for subcontractors who have cooperated, or are currently cooperating with the Organizer under the Framework Subcontracting Agreement, or are registered as potential suppliers of IT services for the Organizer. Internal employees and associates of the Organizer are excluded from participation in this Contest.

• The winners agree to the publication of their name and audiovisual record of the prize presentation on the Organizer’s website and social networks.

3. How the Contest Works

3.1 Those interested in participating in the draw who meet the conditions set out in Article 2 of these Terms shall complete a quiz question including the entry ‘e-mail’, in which they shall enter their real e-mail address. Each entrant may complete the quiz only once in  each Contest round. The sent quiz with the respondent’s assigned email will be stored in the Organizer’s electronic database. Entrants who do not provide an email address will not be entered into the competition.

3.2. There will be four online draws:

Round 1: We will draw the winners of the 1st week of the quiz — 6 December 2023.

Round 2: We will draw the winners of the 2nd week of the quiz — 14 December 2023.

Round 3: We will draw the winners of the 3rd week of the quiz — 20 December 2023.

Grand Draw: We will draw the winner from quiz participants who correctly answered each quiz question in each round of the Contest, on 3 January 2024.

Each round of the draw will be conducted electronically and will be recorded on video recording, which will always be posted on Organizer’s website within 48 hours. A link to the progress of the quiz and records from the draw will be received by users via email from the Organizer.

4. Prize

4.1. The total number of winners is set at 12, with each winner being entitled to only one win in the sub-rounds of the Contest, as well as one of the main prizes of the Grand Draw. Prizes will be awarded in the order in which the respondent IDs are assigned to individual email addresses.

4.2. If, in accordance with Article 3 of these Terms, the Winner does not confirm their prize by responding to the e-mail address specified in the Satisfaction Questionnaire within 30 days after the announcement of the prize by the Organizer (at titans@titans.cz), they will lose their right to the prize without refund.

4.3. A total of 12 respondents will be randomly selected through the online platform wheelofnames.com.

4.5 The prices are as follows:

• 1^st round: 3 x TITANS black socks & t-shirt
• 2^nd round: 3 x TITANS black socks & hoodie
• 3^rd round: 3 x TITANS black socks & cap
• Grand Draw: 3 x premium weekend bag full of TITANS gear

5. Personal Data

5.1. The data obtained from the quiz will be retained for the duration of the Contest during the time necessary for its evaluation.

5.2. The Organizer, as the controller of the Contestant’s personal data, will process their personal data for the purposes of the Participant’s participation in the Contest. These data will be retained for the duration of the Contest and further for the period required and specified in the relevant legislation. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found on the Bank’s website: https://www.titans.cz/cs/gdpr.

5.3. The Contestant has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data and access to it. Furthermore, they have the right to erasure, the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, the right to restrict processing, the right to the portability of personal data and the right to object. In case of violation of the Organizer’s obligations in relation with the processing of personal data, the Contestant may also submit a complaint directly to the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

5.4. The said rights can be exercised by the Contestant by calling the free Info line at 800 700 800 or by sending an email to titans@titans.cz.

6. Other information

6.1. The winners will be contacted at the email address listed in the quiz within 48 hours of the draw from titans@titans.cz.

6.2. Winners will have 30 days from notification of the prize by email to confirm their address and receive the prize. If the winner does not respond within the given deadline, they will be contacted by phone. If the call attempt is unsuccessful, they will lose their claim to the prize.

6.3. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.

6.4. The Organizer of the Contest reserves the right to change of the Contest Terms.
