TITANS Draw - Contest Terms

1. Contest Organizer

1.1. The organizer of the contest is the company TITANS s.r.o., formerly known as BRIDGEWATER s.r.o., with registered address at Jungmannova 745/24, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 06540970, Tax ID: CZ06540970, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 283964 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Participation Conditions

2.1. To qualify for participation in the contest, it is necessary to complete the entire survey and then click the “Submit” button.

2.2. Participants will receive a unique identification number (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent ID”), which is essential for the drawing and will be assigned at the end of the survey.

2.3. By submitting the completed survey, respondents confirm their participation in the contest, as all those who successfully complete the survey will be included in the draw.

2.4. This contest is designed exclusively for subcontractors who were working with Organizer based on the Framework Subcontracting Agreement. Internal employees and collaborators of the Organizer are excluded from participation in this contest.

3. Contest Mechanics

3.1. Individuals interested in entering the drawing and meeting the conditions outlined in Article 2 of these rules should complete the Survey, including the “email” field, where they should provide their actual email address. Each participant may only complete one Survey. The submitted Survey with the assigned Respondent ID will be stored in the Organizer’s electronic database. The Organizer will further export data from this database for the purpose of evaluating the Survey and for creating a list containing the Respondent IDs generated within the Survey in accordance with the conditions stated above. Participants who do not provide any email address will not be included in the contest.

3.2. The online draw will take place on 7th of November 2023 at 5:30 PM (CET) through a video conference held via Zoom. The link to the live conference and the detailed instructions will be shared via email 3 days upfront to all the contest participants.

4. Prizes

4.1. The final number of winners is set at 5, with each winner being entitled to only one prize. Prizes will be allocated in the order in which the Respondent IDs are drawn.

4.2. If a winner according to the provisions of Article 3 of these rules fails to confirm their prize by responding to the email address provided in the Survey within 30 days after the announcement of the win by the Organizer (at the address care@titans.cz), they will lose the entitlement to the prize without compensation.

4.3. In the contest, a total of 5 respondents will be randomly selected through the online platform wheelofnames.com.

4.4. Prizes will be awarded in the order from 5th place to 1st place.

5. Personal Data

5.1. Data obtained from the Survey are not considered personal data and will be stored by the Organizer for the purposes of satisfaction surveys and improving service quality.

5.2. Personal data such as name which is needed for the attendance of the live draw conference will not be visible to any other attendees and these data are processed by the Zoom. Please, find more information on this link.

5.3. Participants have the option to use an alternative name during the Zoom registration for the live draw if they prefer not to share their real name for privacy reasons.

6. Other Information

6.1. Winners will be contacted at the email address provided in the survey within 48 hours after the end of the drawing, from the address care@titans.cz.

6.2. Winners will have 7 days from the email notification of the win to confirm their address and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will be contacted by phone. If even this attempt at contact is unsuccessful, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited.

6.3. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.

6.4. The contest organizer reserves the right to change the Contest Terms.
