Transformation of operational and business data into clear reports with a direct impact on the strategic decision-making of the management of a dynamically growing group of brands
Close cooperation across departments in analyzing internal processes, identifying errors in data propagation, and designing effective solutions for specific teams
Comprehensive cleaning and validation of data from ERP and CRM Raynet (including work with time dimensions and financial metrics such as prices excluding VAT) in the environment of Looker and Google Sheets tools with a view to future modernization of the BI platform
Creation and maintenance of reports for business overviews, KPIs, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation
Providing first-level IT support, managing user access, and onboarding colleagues to internal tools (Freelo, Notion)
Gradual integration of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) and simple scripts for automating routine data tasks
Cooperation mainly onsite in Ostrava with the possibility of occasional remote involvement after complete onboarding

Requirements

Advanced experience with:
- Analytical and complex thinking about data (ability to connect numbers into contexts, understand business logic, and defend the correctness of outputs)
- Precise cleaning, checking, and validation of operational and financial data
Experience with:
- Creating reports and overviews in Looker or Google Sheets (or Excel or PowerBI)
- Communicating with internal users, identifying their needs, and solving first-level IT support technical problems
Knowledge of:
- Principles of operation of modern cloud applications and user permission management
- Working with time series and basic financial indicators
Advantageous:
- Experience with Google Workspace / Google Admin management
- Administration of CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Raynet)
- Interest in AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) and simple automations
