Offer description

providing L1 and L2 technical support for Check Point technologies at customers' premises
providing real-time support and resolving technical incidents
participation in the implementation of security solutions for new customers
communication with internal team and customers to ensure smooth operation
working with service tickets, resolving requests and incidents (including TAC cases)
management and configuration of Check Point firewalls and other security devices
operational readiness according to a rotational schedule
monitoring trends in security technologies and further professional development

Requirements

at least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT technical support and network security
demonstrable knowledge of Check Point security products, especially firewall administration and configuration
good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, IPSec), routing and VPN
experience with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and solve technical problems
knowledge of working with ticketing systems (e.g. CA Service Desk or similar)
excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
communication skills for communicating with customers and the team
willingness to learn new technologies and interest in cybersecurity
Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification
