Offer description

design and development of custom software applications for the financial and industrial sectors, focusing on process automation and modern AI / GenAI trends
working in a multidisciplinary team with a Product Manager and Solutions Architect on project delivery using Agile methodologies and defining the product roadmap
direct management of the development team, development of proof-of-concept applications and prototypes using DevOps, Cloud, Docker, and CI/CD
preparation and leadership of business cases for new services, active development of business relationships, seeking new market opportunities, and occasional business trips up to 20% of the time
team collaboration in a combined 3 days onsite / 2 days remote mode in Prague

Requirements

extensive experience with:
- leading and managing software development teams (delivery management)
- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies
- building and developing business relationships (Business Development)
experience with:
- writing and reading code in various programming languages and creating proof-of-concept / prototypes
- principles of software architecture, design patterns and DevOps practices (Cloud, Docker, CI/CD)
- defining product roadmaps and creating user stories
- leading and prioritizing tasks in a matrix structure
advanced knowledge:
- of the English language at a level for daily communication with clients (at least B2 level)
knowledge:
- of AI / GenAI concepts and their integration into development processes
advantageous:
- at least 3 years of experience in analytics, big data or machine learning
- previous certification or deeper practice in product/project management
