prepare the implementation of a new system on the MS Dynamics 365 online platform
performing IT analysis of change requirements in accordance with strategy and architecture, including impacts on integration and related systems, identification and management of change requirements risks
active cooperation with architects and security on the design of solutions to change requirements
cooperation with architects and IT Governance on the creation of the Enterprise model
monitoring development trends and resolving defects in the MS CRM platform
cooperation on the design, creation of test scenarios and subsequent testing of change requirements
cooperation with IT Operations on troubleshooting and L3 incident management support

Requirements

at least 3 years of experience with IT analysis
Expert knowledge of a CRM solution , ideally MS CRM (Dynamics 365), integration principles, modeling, business analysis, technical design, ability to put together functional specifications is required
Knowledge of SOA Architecture, XML, XSD, knowledge of tools and methodologies for IT analysis and process modeling (MS Visio, Enterprise Architect, UML, UX) is an advantage
knowledge of Oracle, Linux/Unix an advantage, API management
English at least at a level that allows reading professional documentation, articles or assignments
excellent communication skills, able to communicate with business, IT colleagues and suppliers
ability to respond to changes, high level of flexibility, ability to work in a team
proactive approach, desire to move things forward and diligence
