key role in a transformation program focused on replacing key banking systems and redefining the architectural strategy of the entire organization
creation and supervision of IT architecture in a complex, multi-layered environment with an emphasis on system integration, security and scalability
cooperation in a close team of the chief architect on one of the largest IT and business transformations in the financial sector in the Czech Republic
responsibility for the design and development of the target architectural concept, including roadmaps and recommendations for decision-making at the board level
active work with key stakeholders across business and IT – explaining architectural designs, gaining support, building consensus
cooperation in defining new process models, organizational impacts and change management in relation to the transformation
ensuring compliance between the target state of the architecture and individual transformation projects within the program
presentation of architectural solutions to the bank's management and the ability to effectively defend them in various contexts
collaboration takes place in a mode of approx. 60% onsite (Prague), 40% remote

Requirements

Advanced experience with:
- in the field of enterprise architecture, solution architecture or business/IT transformations (min. 7 years)
- leading or closely participating in the complex transformation of core banking systems – from design through implementation to successful completion
- application integration and hybrid integration scenarios
- designing and managing transformation program architectures in large organizations
- working at the interface of business and IT, including communication with top management
Experience with:
- the environment of a large bank or financial institution, including in-depth knowledge of internal functioning and process links
- transformation of product, sales, payment or accounting systems
- creating and promoting architectural visions and roadmaps that have been successfully implemented
Advanced knowledge:
- change management within the enterprise environment, with an emphasis on communication, resistance to change and organizational impacts
Knowledge:
- enterprise architecture methodologies, governance and modeling approaches (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate – not required, but welcome)
Advantage:
- experience with more than one successfully completed core systems transformation
- ability to naturally inspire and gain the trust of stakeholders across organizational levels
- experience from the international banking environment
