- requirements analysis and design of effective solutions
- cooperation with the development team on application development and support
- organization and facilitation of agile ceremonies
- coordination of IT solution deliveries from external suppliers
- communication across IT, business and product teams
- support for production operations of insurance applications and processes
- participation in strategic projects in the insurance field
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry
- demonstrable knowledge of requirements analysis, specification creation and testing of IT solutions
- ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and manage their delivery
- experience with agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
- knowledge of insurance or financial services, experience with implementing information systems
- analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the project
- excellent knowledge of Czech and English languages
- Willingness to come to the office in Prague 6 3 days a week
