standardization, security, and efficiency of internal IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing company and its expanding portfolio of brands
building a reliable IT foundation in tandem with a colleague, handling diverse daily agendas from hardware management to development projects and basic reporting for management
management of end-user devices, administration of mobile devices and tablets via Apple Business Manager, user identity management, and prospective migration to the Ubuntu / Linux platform
management of user access and permissions across systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Freelo, CRM Raynet, ERP, Discord, Notion)
securing company tools, password management, 2FA, API keys, and application whitelisting
daily IT support for over 120 users, incident resolution via a ticketing system, hardware management, and T-Mobile telephony administration
research and development in the area of self-hosting AI models and occasional support for data reporting in the Looker tool
collaboration predominantly onsite in Ostrava with the possibility of occasional remote involvement after full onboarding

Requirements

advanced experience with:
- identity and access management (IAM) and Google Workspace administration
- end-user device support on macOS (MacBooks) and mobile device management in Apple Business Manager
experience with:
- IT specialist, system administrator, or helpdesk support role (ideally at least 2 years of practice)
- resolving diverse technical incidents and network infrastructure issues (internet outages, hardware)
- practical balancing of company security and operational efficiency
knowledge of:
- Linux operating system (ideally Ubuntu) or willingness to develop in it
- basic data analytics and working with Looker or Google Sheets tools
advantage:
- interest in AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT), automation, and self-hosting models
- administration of any CRM / ERP systems (e.g., Raynet)
