working with internal business and technical teams to ensure business requirements are defined, documented and delivered
managing relationships and contracts with technology suppliers / third party partners
ownership and management of all project management deliverables including delivery schedule and RAID records as well as project resource matrix management
identifying, managing and mitigating risks and issues and tracking all decisions/dependencies
agreeing on appropriate project management and ensuring its compliance with the project management framework
conducting stakeholder analysis and building a communication plan with stakeholders across the enterprise
project management from vision through requirements, design, build and testing to post-implementation support
ensuring the smooth handover of all agreed outputs
supporting the business owner in tracking and monitoring the realization of benefits against planned goals

Requirements

previous experience with the implementation of large-scale and complex projects based on information technologies
experience working with technical teams to deliver infrastructure / network / software related projects from design to implementation
experience working within an IT change function as part of a virtual cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team
ability to develop and/or quality-assure project lifecycle documentation and technical artifacts and manage governance to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality delivery
ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels using interpersonal and influencing skills to support project delivery

advantage:
- PRINCE2 / APM accreditation or similar accreditation in project management
