research and development of new test solutions
creating guidelines for functional and exploratory tests
owning, tracking and maintaining the bug database
organization and distribution of daily tasks for the QA team
recruiting, managing, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the performance of other QA team members

Requirements

minimum of 3 years QA experience in game development
experience with processes and standards Quality Assurance
excellent software and technology skills (scripting, software versioning, automated testing systems)
understanding of networking concepts and related issues in multiplayer games
good knowledge of project tracking and control software
excellent organizational and time management skills
attention to detail
ability to manage and motivate a team
high level of responsibility, independence and initiative
communication skills and problem solving ability
fluent knowledge of the English language at an advanced level
