work on real customer implementations (ECC and S/4HANA) + opportunity to participate in the development of our own FIORI applications and internal frameworks
90% of the time purely technical work - development in ABAP (OOABAP), OData services and backend for FIORI applications without the UI part
small, young and well-coordinated team - mentoring from more experienced colleagues, space for innovation (AI, new SAP technologies) and real influence on the solution design
use of various technologies and programming languages – especially ABAP, FIORI backend, OData
90% technical work, 10% customer communication
participation in interesting projects for clients
cooperation takes place hybridly in a ratio of 2 days a week onsite in Prague (3 times during onboarding)

minimum of secondary education
active knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2
advanced experience:
- experience with ABAP (OOABAP, HR module) for at least 3 years
- previous experience working on projects for external clients
- good communication skills (occasional meetings and presentations with clients)
an advantage:
- experience with using AI for efficient development, implementation into applications
