Offer description

oversight of client application platforms
support and advice to stakeholders through the Service desk, which operates 5x8 (client working hours)
informing the business user of changes and new features and providing training on those changes
evaluating system data and error logs together with user reports to identify areas for improvement or correction together with other ICT owners
daily communication with business users and gathering information about problems and new requirements
preparation of system documentation and all its changes
support and training of business users
active participation in acceptance testing - forwarding all defects to the technical team
maintaining up-to-date process and system documentation
participation in the operation of the company's information technologies and its coordination in order to ensure the timely and efficient provision of IT services
performing regular checks on application components to ensure effective performance
cooperation on regular (external) audit activities
providing support and advice to stakeholders through the service desk (L1)

Requirements

experience with operational leasing or a related industry (financial services, insurance)
excellent communication and presentation skills - daily contact with business users
analytical skills and unconventional thinking
attention to detail and the ability to see things from different perspectives

advantage:
- experience with implementation projects
- experience working in a project team (the client is in the middle of a project transformation)
- experience with MS Business Central
