Administration, operation and technical support of key applications in on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments
Ensuring the stability, availability, performance and reliability of assigned applications
Incident analysis, troubleshooting, evaluation of application logs and identification of problem causes
Configuration and administration of application servers IIS, GlassFish and WildFly
Design and implementation of technical optimizations and improvements to application operations
Analysis of internal user requirements and design of suitable technical solutions
Collaboration with development teams in testing, deployment and development of new functionalities
Ensuring IT Security and compliance with security standards and Security Baselines
Working with MS SQL, creating basic SQL scripts and common database operations
Creation and updating of technical and operational documentation
Close cooperation with internal customers and IT teams across the banking company
Hybrid work mode in a ratio of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote - Prague

Advanced experience with:
- Administration, operation and support of enterprise applications (Application Support / Application Management)
- Operation of cloud applications on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Configuration and administration of application servers IIS, GlassFish or WildFly
- Configuration and operation of applications using the mentioned application servers
- Analysis of application logs, troubleshooting and Incident Management
- Ensuring application stability, availability and security
Knowledge of:
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL, creation of SQL scripts and database operations
- Familiarity with IT Security and Security Baselines
- Knowledge of operational processes and IT application management
- From the banking or financial sector
Personal prerequisites:
- Independence, proactive approach and ability to solve technical problems
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify the causes of incidents
- Communication and collaboration skills with development teams and internal users
- Responsibility for assigned applications and ability to see tasks through to completion
Education:
- Secondary or higher education in IT
Language skills:
- English language at min. level B2
- Czech or Slovak language at a communicative level
Advantageous:
- Experience with application operation in a hybrid environment (on-premise / cloud)
- Knowledge of large corporate IT infrastructures
