Offer description

Transformation and modernization of key e-banking applications and related backend systems within a large-scale digital project
Solving business and technical challenges in financial services in cooperation with an agile team using BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence
Collection, analysis, and transformation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications and design of conceptual solutions
Preparation of high-level effort estimates, project timelines, and diplomacy in negotiating IT options with business partners
Monitoring new trends, innovations, and their practical application into system architecture
Cooperation in a 3 days onsite (Prague) and 2 days remote mode

Requirements

Advanced experience with:
- At least 5 years of experience with business analysis and functional requirements and creation of technical documentation
- Process modeling and recording of business logic
Advanced knowledge of:
- BPMN
- English language at a minimum B2 level (active communication with foreign branches, reading and writing documentation)
Knowledge of:
- UML (basic to intermediate level)
- Agile methodologies and principles of project management
- Preparation of IT solutions from an architectural perspective and effort estimation
Advantageous:
- Experience in the banking sector
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and Excel
