providing L2 technical support for Check Point security technologies
solving complex technical incidents including communication with TAC and customers
configuration, management and optimization of firewalls and security policies in the Check Point environment
support for the implementation of new projects and direct participation in technical deployment
log and incident analysis using tools such as SmartView Monitor and SmartEvent
configuration and management of IPS/IDS systems within customer environments
cooperation with the internal team and customers to ensure smooth operation
work in service standby mode according to the set schedule
Actively monitoring trends in network security and improving expertise

Requirements

at least 3 years of experience in network security and technical support
advanced knowledge of Check Point security products (including SmartConsole, policy management)
ability to configure and manage IPS/IDS systems
excellent knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, NAT, routing, switching, VLAN, segmentation)
experience with log analysis and incident resolution using Check Point tools
experience with troubleshooting and conducting technical consultations
ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment
Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) certification
communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with customers
willingness to learn and develop in the field of cybersecurity
