responsibility for the operation and further development of the **SAP Sales & Distribution** area within a **global SAP Competence Center**
design and implementation of change requests in Order-to-Cash processes and their optimization across the international organization
collaboration with business teams in analyzing requirements and designing functional solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
independent resolution of incidents, change requests, and enhancements in the production environment
active communication with business stakeholders and provision of functional consulting
configuration of SAP SD and coordination of the implementation of proposed changes
collaboration with ABAP developers and other SAP functional teams
preparation of functional documentation and test scenarios in English
testing new functionalities and supporting their deployment into production
active participation in the standardization and continuous development of the SAP environment
collaboration in a 40% onsite in Prague (2 days) and 60% remote arrangement

Requirements

at least 5 years of commercial experience in SAP ERP
demonstrable experience with:
- implementation or support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) module
- resolving incidents, change requests, and developing the productive SAP environment (RUN)
- analyzing business requirements and designing functional solutions
- configuring SAP SD and supporting Order-to-Cash business processes
- communicating with business stakeholders in an international environment
advanced knowledge of:
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns)
- SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4HANA
- process dependencies between SAP SD and other modules (especially MM)
knowledge of:
- English language at the level of daily business communication
- creating functional documentation and test scenarios
- working in an international project environment
advantageous:
- experience with the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA
- experience from an internal SAP Competence Center
- experience from a manufacturing or distribution environment
- experience with global support of SAP environments
- experience with other SAP modules (MM, CS)
