Leading a multidisciplinary team of experts, developing technical competencies, and designing product roadmaps in cooperation with product managers
Strategic management of software project delivery in the area of custom development
Active development of business opportunities and identification of new market segments
Systematic building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Analysis of market trends and proposal of new services reflecting customer needs
Cooperation with Product Managers and Solution Architects in the design and implementation of product roadmaps
Conversion of business requirements into structured user stories and a prioritized backlog
Representation of products and solutions from a business perspective to internal and external stakeholders
Coordination of a multidisciplinary team within a matrix organizational structure
Dynamic planning of capacities and priorities considering team availability
Responsibility for the quality of outputs in individual phases of SDLC (alpha, beta, production)
Support for transformation towards AI-first SDLC and utilization of AI/GenAI technologies to increase development efficiency

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in business development within IT services or digital solutions
Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Demonstrated experience in product roadmap design and backlog management
Familiarity with analytics, Big Data, or Machine Learning areas
Interest in AI/GenAI and their utilization in transforming development processes
Expert orientation in software product quality management
Ability to create business cases and evaluate return on investment
Experience with capacity planning and budget management
