to be the so-called "competence leader" for the area of SAP finance for the area of Central Europe
managing a team of consultants, ensuring their development and education
participation in business negotiations and creation of long-term business relationships in the region
responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, setting plans and their fulfillment
helping clients find innovative solutions and ensuring their delivery
creation of a strategy for the entrusted area in the region
cooperation at the international level with other teams and synchronization during joint progress
responsibility for leading a team on large-scale projects
identification of business opportunities, establishment of new partnership relationships

Requirements

many years of experience as a SAP consultant or in similar roles (ideally 10+ years)
orientation in various SAP modules, ideally focusing on finance (FI)
experience with transformation projects related to S/4HANA
experience in managing people, or ideally an entire team
managerial skills and leadership
ability to identify business opportunities and related risks
experience building relationships at C-level level and above
experience with the delivery of Enterprise projects
understanding of the entire SDLC and business cycle
