- ensuring a smooth transition of the new system into production operation
- long-term support and maintenance of the system after its deployment
30% coordination:
- coordination of the IT Business team of analysts on the new core system project
- delegating tasks and leading a team to achieve goals effectively
- participation in an international program

Requirements

at least 5 years of experience in the role of IT Business analyst
experience with the implementation of new information systems
experience in leading/coordinating at least a small team of IT Business analysts
guiding customers to understand the problem and define structured requirements
creation of technical documentation and functional analysis comprehensible to the customer
demonstrable experience with testing / test analysis
professional level of Czech and English at a communicative level (communication with supplier abroad + HQ)
experience with tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, EA
