integration, development, and modernization of key systems focused on client protection during sudden life events in an international environment
close cooperation in an agile team with developers, testers, and architects on transforming business requirements into scalable and technically compatible solutions using C#, .NET, GraphQL, and Microservices
analysis of business requirements, creation of functional specifications, definition of API (Front-end and Back-end), and preparation of user stories for individual sprints
participation in planning, testing, incident management, and data migration within both Agile and Waterfall projects
modeling of processes and creation of analytical documentation in the Enterprise Architect tool using UML and BPMN
support for daily operational activities and incident analysis in the CEE region using JIRA and Confluence
working with database technologies MSSQL, Postgres, and MongoDB and version management in Gitlab
performance of work in a hybrid cooperation model with a 50% onsite and 50% remote ratio

Requirements

advanced experience with:
- analysis of complex systems and design of technical solutions
- creation and definition of API using REST, SOAP, KAFKA and the Postman tool
- process modeling and diagram creation in UML and BPMN using the Enterprise Architect tool
experience with:
- working in an agile environment (Agile squads / Scrum), writing user stories and using JIRA and Confluence
- technical environments including MSSQL, Postgres, MongoDB or Microservices architecture
advanced knowledge of:
- English language at a minimum level of B2 for daily communication
- Czech or Slovak language at a fluent level
advantageous:
- previous work and technical background in the banking or insurance domain
