Offer description

analysis and design of new processes and solutions on projects built from scratch (greenfield)
mapping of existing processes (AS-IS) and design of the target state (TO-BE) in BPMN
gathering and clarifying requirements from business stakeholders, product owners, and non-technical back office users
"translating" business needs into technical specifications and vice versa explaining technical solutions clearly to business
creation of functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
data analysis and hypothesis verification using SQL
collaboration with architects and developers on solution design and integrations (API, data flows)
facilitation of workshops, presentation of designs, and management of stakeholder expectations
support for UAT testing, preparation of user documentation, and user training
work in Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect tools
hybrid mode: 3 days onsite (Prague), 2 days remote

Requirements

extensive experience with:
- business and process analysis as an IT / Business Analyst (min. 5 years)
- process mapping and modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE) in BPMN
- creation of functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- creation of database queries and working with SQL
experience with:
- working with Jira and Confluence tools
- working with Enterprise Architect tool
- API design, integration, and understanding of IT architecture
- communication with business stakeholders, management, and non-technical back office users
- facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
personal prerequisites:
- ability to explain technical solutions clearly to business and vice versa
- quick adaptability and self-reliance on greenfield projects
- ability to navigate a new environment without ready-made documentation
knowledge of:
- English language at a level of min. B2
advantageous:
- experience in the banking or financial sector
- knowledge of credit products (consumer loans, mortgages, corporate loans) and scoring
- experience with back office and approval processes / workflows
- experience with UAT testing and preparing user documentation
- experience with greenfield or extensive transformation projects
