- optimization and digitization of HR processes
- involvement in the implementation of SAP Success Factors
- collection, analysis and coordination of requests for changes and innovations
- communication and coordination with the headquarters in Germany
- work on the development requirements of existing HR applications
- cooperation with local external developers and suppliers
Requirements
- at least 1-2 years of experience with IT business analysis
- experience with analysis and modeling of software change requirements
- knowledge of process modeling, integration, testing and release
- analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate benefits and risks
- responsibility, reliability and energy
- willingness to learn new things
- fluent communication in Czech and English both verbally and in writing
