Offer description

complete personal and operational support for the partner, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and email communication management
arrangement of business trips, flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, and subsequent processing of travel expenses
operational financial agenda including invoicing, supplier management, and creation of purchase orders (PO)
coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities, including communication and ensuring system access
support of branding and marketing activities in cooperation with UX designers
organization of conferences, workshops, team-building events, and other internal and external events
coordination of feedback from suppliers within supplier relationship management
close cooperation with the operational and recruitment team during the onboarding of new colleagues
work in a hybrid mode with a ratio of 3 days onsite in Prague and 2 days remote

Requirements

advanced experience with:
- the role of Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary
- organization of business trips, calendar management and operational administration
experience with:
- financial agenda, invoicing and supplier management (vendor management)
- coordination of events, workshops and internal events
advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace (G Suite)
knowledge of:
- fluent Czech (spoken and written)
- fluent English (spoken and written)
advantageous:
- previous support for top management in an international environment
- familiarity with the IT or digital products development environment
- experience with Kubernetes or Datadog
