- planning, coordination and execution of testing activities
- taking the lead in the QA process
- designing, developing and maintaining test cases and test plans
- performing extensive functional testing, identifying and reporting bugs and gameplay issues
- testing for compatibility issues in various PC hardware and software configurations
- accurately identifying, documenting and reporting errors using error tracking systems
- working closely with the development team and providing clear and actionable feedback
- leading and mentoring younger members of the QA team, supporting their growth and development
Requirements
- at least 4 years of PC game testing experience
- extensive experience with all aspects of the QA testing lifecycle
- experience using QA tools and bug tracking systems
- very high level of communication and teamwork skills
- strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems
- high level of responsibility and independence
- strong commitment to the gaming world
- advantage:
- experience in automated testing frameworks and test scripts
