Offer description
- A unique opportunity to participate in implementations, optimization of existing processes, and migration projects in the SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA environment for significant business, logistics, and manufacturing companies in the market
- The role is focused purely on the SAP MM area and procurement processes, without the need for broader involvement in SAP SD, WM/EWM, PP, or finance
- Work in an agile and open team without rigid corporate structures, close collaboration with SAP ABAP, Business Intelligence, and SAP Fiori experts in solving end-client business challenges
- Analysis of customer needs, mapping procurement flows, and designing optimal coverage of procurement processes in SAP MM
- Work with processes such as master data management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, processed received invoice, and related procurement agenda
- Basic configuration, setup, and customization of SAP MM to specific customer requirements
- Participation in documentation preparation, testing of customer customizations, and training of key users at the client's site
- Initially, work primarily on one project, with the possibility of involvement in multiple projects in parallel in the future
- Continuous development and education in SAP MM and SAP logistics processes, active knowledge sharing within the ERP team
- Regular cooperation with related technical and consulting teams, especially SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, and Business Intelligence
- Gradual assumption of independence is expected, ideally after approximately six months of training and working under the guidance of more experienced consultants
- Work performance in a hybrid collaboration mode with a ratio of 3 days onsite in Prague and 2 days remote
Requirements
- Advanced experience with:
- Procurement processes in SAP MM environment for at least 3 years
- Working with SAP system in procurement area, ideally at the level of a junior/medior SAP MM consultant or a very strong key user with customization basics
- Experience with:
- Basic customization of SAP MM
- Master data management in SAP, especially materials, vendors, and procurement data
- Working with procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing of received invoices
- Analyzing business requirements and communicating with customers or internal teams
- Collaborating with technical teams, e.g., SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, or Business Intelligence
- Advanced knowledge of:
- English language for active business communication
- Knowledge of:
- SAP MM and procurement processes in SAP
- Basic process dependencies of procurement on invoicing and related financial processes
- General overview of ERP system functionalities
- SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Advantageous:
- Experience in retail or manufacturing company
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment
- Experience with SAP Fiori interface
- University education focused on logistics, economics, or informatics
