opportunity to participate in the implementation and development of customer processes in the SAP CRM for Utilities / SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement environment
projects for leading energy companies in the area of customer service and customer engagement
design and configuration of processes related to customers, contracts, and customer service
cooperation with SAP IS-U consultants on the linkage of customer and backend utility processes
cooperation on testing, validation, and support of implemented solutions
communication with business and IT representatives of the client and translating their requirements into functional design
participation in the creation of solution documentation and knowledge transfer
cooperation takes place hybridly, with well-established cooperation and results, more remote is possible, with the necessity of onsite presence only 1 day per month

Requirements

minimum 3 years of experience with SAP CRM, SAP CRM for Utilities, or SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement
previous experience in a consulting or similar position
willingness to travel to clients within the Czech Republic
customer-oriented approach, reliability, willingness to learn new technologies, and interest in innovation
active knowledge of English at a minimum of B2 level
advanced experience with:
- SAP CRM or SAP CRM for Utilities in the energy/Utilities sector
- analysis and design of customer, contract, or customer service processes
- implementation, development, or support of SAP CRM / Customer Engagement solutions at the customer's site
- customizing and configuration of SAP CRM / Customer Engagement
- analysis of business requirements and design of functional solutions
advantageous:
- experience with SAP IS-U and related utility processes
- experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement
- experience with Interaction Center or Utilities Sales Contract Management
- experience with integration of SAP CRM / Customer Engagement and SAP IS-U
- experience with transformation or migration projects of SAP CRM for Utilities to SAP S/4HANA environment
